This is the downstairs bedroom.

Minus point: the door opens directly to the kitchen which means a) you hear noise in the kitchen and b) as you open your door everyone in the kitchen can see any smalls you may have drying on the radiator!

There is no washroom - you share with the others.

BUT....it is a very big bedroom.

Single bed.
