Room 1

This is the smallest room .....note the lack of bed.

BUT...there are beanbags elsewhere and if someone wanted this room then they would need to bring a sleeping bag.



The bathroom is shared with others. This bedroom is two floors up - a long way to the kitchen....

Room 2

There are two pictures. the one on the left is the bedroom currently occupied. The one on the right is how it used to be - tidy....The bedroom looks out to the front of the house.

The bedroom is ensuite.

Room 3

This is the downstairs bedroom.

Minus point: the door opens directly to the kitchen which means a) you hear noise in the kitchen and b) as you open your door everyone in the kitchen can see any smalls you may have drying on the radiator!

There is no washroom - you share with the others.

BUT....it is a very big bedroom.

Single bed.

Room 4

This is a single ensuite bedroom.

Single bed.

The room is at the back of the house and thus looks out over the garden.

Room 5

This is an ensuite bedroom (photo of shower not included...)

The view is onto the back garden

Double bed with extra padded underlay....

Room 6

Details:

Twin beds - suitable for two sharers eg. sisters from Essex etc.

The room opens out to another room, a lounge. In the lounge are several chairs etc.

Advantage: looks out into the garden

Disadvantage: Not ensuite - you share a bathroom with others.

Room 7

Hand basin is in the room. Suitable for a couple or just one person who likes to spreeeead......

Disadvantage: window looks out onto the ring road

Advantage: sun rises this side of the house
